The history of...
Constructed in 1900 as a working tannery, the building was later occupied by The Phoenix Companies, producers of the popular Bullseye Bill line of hunting clothing—giving rise to its present name.
Today, the building’s modern office design highlights its historic character, featuring original heavy timber beams, interior brick walls, and restored yellow pine floors. The result is a workspace with genuine personality—never generic or “cookie cutter.” Whether you’re a fast-paced creative agency or an expanding nonprofit, you’ll have a space you’re proud to show off.
At Bullseye, we deliver fast, flexible “plug-and-play” workspaces. This building may be over a hundred years in the making—but your new office will be ready almost instantly.
